Cancellation Policy

At SimpleSpares, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains your rights and the process for cancelling orders.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge:

  • Contact us immediately at sales@simplespares.com
  • Provide your order number and request cancellation
  • If successful, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal. In this case, you will need to return the items in accordance with our Return Policy. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the cancellation is due to our error.

Items That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered parts that are made to your specifications
  • Parts that have been ordered specifically from the manufacturer for your order
  • Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery

How to Cancel

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement:

Please include your order number, the items you wish to cancel, and your contact information.

Refund Processing

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel.
