Cancellation Policy
At Simple Spares, we understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. We've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible and transparent as possible while working within the constraints of our supply chain and dealer network.

Cancellation within 24 hours
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.
Cancellation of Back-Ordered Parts
For items on back-order, cancellation eligibility depends on our dealer network's policies:
- If cancellation is permitted by the dealer network: You may cancel your back-ordered items free of charge.
- If cancellation is not permitted by the dealer network: The order cannot be cancelled and you will need to wait for the item to become available or follow our return policy once received.
