At SimpleSpares, we are committed to delivering your auto parts quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Standard Shipping - Delivered via DHL, PostNL, or equivalent carriers
  • Express Shipping - Available for urgent orders (where available)
  • Freight Shipping - For large or heavy items that cannot be shipped via standard carriers

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and destination:

Note: For items that need to be ordered from the factory, delivery times may be extended to approximately 10 business days. You will be notified of the expected delivery time when placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website. Tracking information is also available in your account under "Order History".

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For international orders, please note:

  • Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. This is beyond our control.
  • Restricted Items: Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries due to local regulations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Dutch public holidays). Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

  • Delayed Shipment: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number.
  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.
  • Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
